With this sweet Candy to participate in "The Chick in the Kitchen". I ate this summer in Norway. I do not know if their is typical. I liked it, the pairings are a bit "risky" but those who have tasted it gave a positive opinion. I made it using doses and ingredients in mind as it was, a little at random.
INGREDIENTS:
200 g dark chocolate 100 g butter
100 g caster sugar 3 eggs
70 gr flour 00
150 gr salted peanuts (those of the appetizers)
sugar.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a pan in a water bath.
Separate the yolks from the whites and the latter mounted a steady snow.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until frothy.
Add flour ...............
............ and the melted chocolate ..............
Mix well ....................
............ together the egg whites until stiff. At the end add the salted peanuts.
Put the mixture into a mold greased and floured 24 cm in diameter (no larger!).
in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
